**Welder (MIG / TIG)**

We are hiring a skilled MIG / TIG Welder to join a clean, organized manufacturing team. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in producing high-quality welds and enjoys working on a variety of projects in a job shop environment. Work will vary week to week, so we are looking for someone who is reliable, adaptable, and comfortable working across different tasks.

**Responsibilities**

+ Perform MIG welding on 14–18 gauge material
+ Conduct TIG welding on mild steel and stainless steel
+ Complete welds in flat and horizontal positions
+ Load and unload robotic welding equipment
+ Perform grinding and finishing work as needed
+ Read and interpret blueprints and work instructions
+ Inspect finished welds to ensure quality and accuracy
+ Assist with additional shop tasks as needed in a job shop environment
