As a Welder, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting the production of solid oxide fuel cell electrical power generators. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Pay Range:** $25-$28

**Shift:**
Monday - Thursday: 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM
Monday - Thursday: 6:00 PM-4:30 AM plus 15% shift diff
Friday-Sunday 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM

**Signing Bonus:** $1,500 total for Welders — paid **$500 at 30, 60, and 90 days** of continuous employment.
