Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities - Prepare and set up tools and equipment needed for welding tasks
- Maintain a safe and secure work environment by following standard procedures
- Ensure high quality work standards are met
- Care and safely handle welding equipment and tools
- Report fabrication issues and assist to resolve them as required
- Report job related issues to supervisor
- Inspect and maintain tools and welding equipment to ensure safe work environment
- Document any safety incidents or hazards observed during operations
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor
- Skilled in gas cutting, PP welding, metal arc welding and orbital welding
- Skilled in 3G, 4G, 5G, 6G welding techniques
- Welding certification is an advantage
- Able to follow standing SOPs and complete tasks within deadlines
- Able to carry out heavy lifting, climbing and prolong standing
