Responsibilities:
+ Determine the proper and efficient approach to fabricate a requested part or assembly.

+ Ensure adherence to safety protocols and participate in continuous improvement projects for 5S and safety.

+ Operate and maintain MIG/TIG welding equipment for carbon steel, stainless, and aluminum welding.

+ Communicate with work order requestors (engineers/managers) to define goals and ensure alignment on objectives and functionality of prototypes.
