Kavaliro is seeking a Welding Engineer to support a client onsite in Mt. Pleasant, PA.

Responsibilities

• Developing Welding Techniques: Creating and improving welding techniques, procedures, and the application of welding equipment to solve fabrication problems involving metals
• Troubleshooting Issues: Identifying and resolving welding-related issues to maintain the efficiency and safety of welding processes for in-shop and field service activities
• Oversee the welding continuity program: Ensure welders are current when dispatched to field service projects
• Support training and education on matters of weld quality and processes
• Capture and drive quality events (QIS/CAPA) and lessons learned to successful resolution, garnering organizational support and ownership as part of the process. Use proven quality tools to drive improvements. May include customer feedback
