Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with labor laws, factory rules, and welfare regulations.
• Handle employee welfare activities, grievance handling, and worker engagement programs.
• Coordinate with government labor departments and statutory authorities.
• Maintain statutory registers, records, and welfare documentation.
• Support employee relations and resolve shop-floor issues.
• Organize health camps, safety awareness programs, and worker counseling sessions.
• Assist in canteen, transport, hostel, sanitation, and other welfare facilities management.
