Well Water Experience Required – Join a Growing Team
CPRS and Flotilla Partners are currently seeking a skilled Well Water Technician with experience in well systems, pumps, and drilling support to join our service team.
This role is ideal for someone who is hands-on, mechanically inclined, and experienced working with private well systems in residential or light commercial environments.
What You’ll Do
- Install, service, and troubleshoot well water systems
- Diagnose and repair well pumps, pressure tanks, and related components
- Assist with or support well drilling operations as needed
- Perform maintenance and system checks to ensure proper water flow and pressure
- Identify issues quickly and provide on-site solutions for customers
- Document work performed and communicate clearly with customers and team
