As Wellness Supervisor, you will oversee the day-to-day reception operations of our spa, gym, Nobu Pilates studios and wellness facilities, ensuring every guest enjoys a seamless and memorable journey. You will:

• Lead and develop the wellness team, fostering a motivated and high‑performing culture
• Manage departmental operations, including rotas, annual leave and compliance
