Job Summary

The Wellness Specialist / Exercise Physiologist is responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering holistic workplace wellness initiatives while providing specialized exercise physiology services to support health promotion, risk identification, and employee engagement. This role functions as a lead wellness and fitness assessment resource for assigned clients or regions and exercises independent judgment in adapting wellness strategies and fitness assessment services to meet workforce needs.

The position integrates onsite engagement, virtual programming, digital wellness tools, and exercise testing services—including EKG‐monitored treadmill testing—to support preventive care, healthy lifestyle behaviors, injury prevention, and sustained participation in wellness initiatives.
