Responsibilities - Register patients via phone and upfront enquiries
- Collect payment/deposits and provide financial counselling for admissions
- Liaise closely with Bed Management Unit for acquisition of beds for Emergency Medicine Department's (EMD) patients
- Obtain Specialist Outpatient Clinic (SOC) appointments for Emergency Medicine Department's (EMD) patients
- Sort documents in preparation for dispatch to Medical Records Office (MRO)
- Extend excellent customer service to patients and their relatives
- Replenish inventory when stock is low
