Job Responsibilities

• Identifying, diagnosing, and resolving escalated incidents in Windows Server platforms
• Escalating cases to L3 Infrastructure/application team when necessary
• Performing regular server operations such as setup, upgrade, patch deployment, monitoring and health checks, backup and restore
• Responsible for system troubleshooting and performance tuning
• Preparing and maintaining technical documentation
• Providing support on issues related to servers, hypervisors, and storage
• Liaising with external vendors for IT Server operations and maintenance

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline
• Holder of ITIL Foundation or above (preferred)
• 2 years relevant experience in Windows Servers, VMware, x86 servers, and storage
• Experience in a sizeable company and ITIL knowledge is preferable
