Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).
6+ years of experience in Windows Server administration and network engineering.
Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, VLANs, VPNs, Firewalls, and Routing.
Experience with Microsoft Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and virtualization.
Certifications such as MCSA, MCSE, CCNA, CCNP.
