Experience: 4+ years of hands-on experience leading data conversion workstreams, including data analysis, transformation, validation, and production deployment across enterprise systems.Technical & Professional Qualifications- Workday Certification (Data Conversion) or ability to obtain certification.
- Proficiency with ETL concepts and tooling, including SQL/My SQL, XML, Excel, and related data manipulation technologies.
- Hands-on experience with Workday data conversion tools (e.g., i Load, EIB, Advanced Load).
- Strong understanding of the end-to-end implementation lifecycle, including:
- Data requirements definition
- Data extraction and transformation
- Data loading and reconciliation
- Cutover and move to production
