Policy Development and Implementation:
Develop and implement welfare policies, procedures, and guidelines aligned with Saudi social law, company policies, ESG standards, and fair labor practices.Ensure welfare policies extend to own employees, employees of third-party labor providers, and sub-contracted workers.Be a role model in application of these rules and company cultureRisk Identification and Management:
Identify, assess, and document risks related to the employment and welfare of both white-collar and blue-collar workers.Propose mitigation strategies and action plans to address identified risks.Document risks and mitigations in the relevant company tools and processes.Stakeholder Collaboration:
