Job Description
Under the supervision of the Workforce Management and Analytics Supervisor, the Workforce Management Analyst III will assist in monitoring, reviewing, and analyzing the University’s workforce complement vis‑à‑vis employee capabilities, organization capacities, market/industry trends, and recommend appropriate actions.
- I. Workforce Monitoring and Analytics
- Captures the different data that looks into organization and employee profiles, (which include plantilla, workforce complement, job specifications/profiles, and job levels/ranks, structure - reporting lines, etc.) in coordination with the other HR sections, and recommends strategies on how to improve the seamless capture of data and the integration of the databases.
