This role manages payroll coordination, onboarding and offboarding processes, HRIS data integrity, background verification workflows, and supports US‑time‑zone coverage as needed. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, process‑driven, and comfortable managing high‑volume operational tasks with accuracy and consistency.
