- The role combines workforce analytics, HR strategy, and Oracle EPM Cloud expertise to enable data driven planning and decision making.
Key Responsibilities - Lead Strategic Workforce Planning initiatives including demand & supply forecasting, gap analysis, and scenario modeling.
- Design and implement Oracle EPM / EPBCS Workforce Planning solutions.
