Our People Planning & Analytics team is looking for a dedicated and motivated Data Analyst to join our team and contribute to our mission of fostering a data-led culture. As a Data Analyst supporting Workplace Experience across the LEGO Group, you will play a crucial role, obtaining and using data and insights to drive decisions and enhance the effectiveness of location strategy.
 

Core Responsibilities

• Subject matter expert for our workplace capacity planning area – combing headcount forecasts with space planning and occupancy planning in order to support the workplace strategy for the LEGO Group

• Monitors and tracks space and occupancy trends based on local headcount forecasting, business org changes and space requirements
