We are looking for an individual who will provide a world‑class, client‑facing experience, ensuring front of house and facilities operations run efficiently. You will act as an ambassador for a major financial services client and ISS Front of House and Facilities Management Services.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the client site, acting as the primary point of contact for all facilities management related matters. Manage reception and front-of-house services, welcoming visitors, clients, and employees in a professional and friendly manner. Deliver high-quality customer service by responding promptly and professionally to enquiries in person, by phone, and via email, escalating issues where appropriate. Provide administrative support, including managing documentation, updating records, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, and supporting office processes.
