Job Description
We are looking for someone to act as the central connection point for the Go To Hosts and Front of House team at Wavertree, ensuring seamless coordination, clear communication, and accurate reporting across all activities.
This role is pivotal in supporting a data-driven approach, maintaining systems and ensuring all tasks are effectively tracked and completed.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the central coordination point for Go To and FOH teams, organising and dispatching daily activity Manage incoming emails and calls from colleagues, ensuring queries and tickets are handled effectively Log, code, update and close all items on FMS, or transfer tickets where appropriate Maintain accurate records of all floor visits and activities undertaken Dispatch support tickets to the hosting community and monitor completion Prepare reports and assist with ad hoc reporting requests, supp...
