Summary

We are currently seeking a Workplace Experience Specialist to join our Workplace Experience team. This is a full‑time in‑office position for candidates who live in the Toronto area only.

Responsibilities

This role reports directly to the Burnaby Office Manager and is part of the global Workplace Experience (WX) team. The WX team manages Clio spaces, designs solutions to facility concerns, shares knowledge, and creates a unique workplace experience for all. The Workplace team also provides operational support to employee events and People programs, working collaboratively with People department functions and cross‑functional teams.

• Front‑office management and reception, including visitor and employee sign‑in and access systems, mail management, and all other shipping/receiving
