JOB TITLE: Workplace Operations Coordinator

PAY RANGE: $31/hr.
TOP 3 SKILLS:
- Minimum 2+ years of customer service experience, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills and the ability to support a high-volume, employee-facing environment
- At least 1+ year of workplace operations and/or mailroom experience, including handling mail, packages, inventory, and front-desk or facility support tasks
- Proven ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment, with strong communication skills and experience managing inquiries or support tickets (e.g., Zendesk or similar systems)
