A well-established, fast-paced equipment rental business is looking to recruit a Workshop-Based Powered Access Engineer to support its busy depot operation.

This is a hands‑on role working on vehicle-mounted powered access platforms (MEWPs) ideal for someone who knows their kit and can keep machines compliant, safe and ready for hire.

The Role

• Carry out pre-delivery inspections on truck-mounted access platforms
• Diagnose faults and carry out repairs across mechanical, hydraulic and electrical systems
• Ensure all equipment meets manufacturer guidelines and safety standards
• Accurately record work, labour and parts usage via tablet system
