Job Responsibilities - Provide technical support and repair guidance to dealership workshops.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot vehicle issues on-site, working closely with workshop teams.
- Submit technical cases to the manufacturer and follow up on repair solutions.
- Conduct technical training and coaching for workshop staff.
- Monitor and analyze vehicle repair data to identify recurring issues and support problem resolution.
