TUMO Center for Creative Technologies is a free educational program that places teenagers, aged 12 to 18, at the center of defining their own learning paths, allowing them to expand their knowledge in technology and creativity regardless of their socioeconomic background. Founded in Yerevan, Armenia, in 2011, TUMO is now present in 10 countries, including France, Germany, and soon Japan, Netherlands, and the United States.
In 2026, TUMO continues its international expansion with a new center set to open in Bilbao in September. The project is led by Fundación “la Caixa” , the Provincial Council of Bizkaia , and the Bilbao City Council .
Students combine TUMO’s learning objectives (Robotics, Photography, Game Development, Graphic Design, Filmmaking, Programming, Music, and Animation) in their learning plans, continuously adapting them to fit their progress and evolving preferences. Sof...
