Duties:

• Track frame disassembly and assembly
• Inspection, measuring & reporting on dozer, drill and shovel frames
• Supervise Track Frame Technicians and apprentices daily
• Assign jobs to the Frameshop team to meet production schedules and objectives
• Train and develop capabilities in direct reports
• Monitor output against job schedule and adjust resources (personnel, equipment, etc.) Assist in improving production efficiency, lead times, and waste reduction
• Conduct quality checks on completed work
• Document and submit warranty work in line with company procedures
