Location: Bicester, Oxfordshire
Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum DOE
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30am - 4:30pm, 40 hours per week
Overtime: Paid at time and a half after 40 hours
DARA People are recruiting for an experienced Workshop Manager to join Utranazz, a long-established, family-run business specialising in concrete equipment across the UK and internationally.
This is a hands‑on leadership role based at a busy Bicester workshop. The successful candidate will manage daily workshop operations, coordinate engineers and fitters, and ensure concrete equipment, heavy plant and machinery are serviced, repaired and prepared to a high standard.
As Workshop Manager, you will oversee the day‑to‑day running of the workshop, planning jobs, prioritising workloads and supporting the team with technical guidance where required.
