They are recruiting an experienced Workshop Manager to lead their steel fabrication operation in Papua New Guinea. Reporting to a locally based General Manager and joining a diverse workforce from New Zealand, Australia, South Africa, and local trades, there is huge scope to improve productivity and success of this operation.
You will be managing a busy workshop, leading a diverse workforce, and taking ownership of business performance, client relationships, people and production.
