The Workshop QC Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all quality‑control functions within the workshop to ensure accurate, safe, and professional service delivery. The role includes supervising workshop staff, managing workflow and traffic movement, enforcing safety and compliance standards, monitoring SWAT system usage, and ensuring consistent service excellence.
