• To conduct home visits to provide assessment and nursing care to clients
• Providing care for both acute and chronic wounds
• Initiating appropriate wound management for the patients namely negative pressure wound therapy (NPWT), conventional dressing and application of 2 and 4 layers compression bandage
• Educate patient and family members on wound healing process and issues
• Providing care for patients
• Educate and counsel patient and family members on care and choosing the appropriate sappliances
• Demonstrate stoma care to the primary caregiver

• Diploma in Nursing
• At least 2 years of nursing experience
• Must be able to do rotational Saturday, Public Holidays and on call duties
