Key Responsibilities

• Develop accurate estimates using Xactimate for restoration and reconstruction projects.
• Collaborate with project managers and clients to ensure all aspects of the project are considered.
• Review plans and perform takeoffs using Planswift.
• Maintain and organize project estimates and data in MS Excel.
• Stay updated on industry standards and incorporate the latest cost databases (e.g., RS Means, Symbility).
