**The Opportunity**

We are looking for a skilled and experienced **Sales System Analyst** - **Xactly Connect** to join our rapidly expanding team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the global sales operations organization by managing and optimizing our Xactly sales compensation systems, specifically focusing on Xactly Connect and data integrations. You will serve as the subject-matter expert for Xactly maintenance, ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes, and system implementation, with additional support for our Adaptive Insights Quota Planning System.

**About the Team**

You will be a key part of the Sales Compensation team, reporting directly to the Manager of Sales Compensation.

Travel: There are no travel requirements for this role, as it primarily focuses on remote engagement with internal clients and system infrastructure.
