Expedition Designer

We are seeking an experienced Expedition Designer to support the planning, development and delivery of complex yacht based expeditions , with a particular focus on remote and polar destinations.
Working closely with a high-performing yachting and travel team, you will play a key role in designing exceptional journeys, ensuring every expedition is thoughtfully planned, operationally robust and delivers an outstanding guest experience.
This role would suit someone with previous experience in expedition travel, expedition planning or expedition operations, combined with a strong understanding of yacht operations through either time spent onboard or experience with a yacht expedition operator.
