**Summary**

This person will assist with loading and unloading equipment. The position also consists of maintaining the appearance of the yard/branch, assisting mechanics, drivers or other personnel with various labor-based tasks and completing other daily assignments that support the branch operations.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**

+ Operates forklift; load, unload, move, stock heavy equipment and product primarily by using forklift or other means.
+ Operate a variety of light and heavy equipment including power tools to complete tasks.
+ Oversee incoming/outgoing equipment for sales, rental, and service.
+ Load and unload equipment and vehicles for drivers and customers and check for any damage.
+ Responsible for the maintenance of the building, yard, and equipment.
