Are you seeking a role providing a first class service whilst ensuring the safe and efficient running of our yard? In this Yard Manager/Supervisor role you will be responsible for leading and inspiring our yard team who are on the front line dealing with our customers that come into our yard. Health & Safety will be your primary focus every day while building long-lasting relationships and delivering great service to customers.
Location: at our branch. Working hours are Monday to Friday 07:30–17:00 and alternate Saturdays 08:00–12:00.
You will be based outside, lead and inspire our yard team who are on the front line dealing with customers in the yard. You will be a strong team player and a key member of the team, ensuring standards are adhered to at all times and delivering high standards of service by being helpful and friendly to customers.
