Contract Position - 3-6 months

$40–$60/hour

We’re partnering with a commercial real estate organization seeking a Yardi Implementation Specialist to support a large-scale Yardi project across accounting and property management teams. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong accounting background who enjoys systems, process improvement, and project-based work.

Responsibilities

Support Yardi implementation and optimization projects

Assist with system configuration, testing, and troubleshooting

Review and reconcile financial data during migration phases

Work closely with accounting, finance, and operations teams

Support reporting, integrations, and process improvements

Qualifications

Hands‑on Yardi implementation or upgrade experience

Strong understanding of full‑cycle accounting and reconciliations

Advanced Excel skills
