36 hours per week/39 weeks per year. 

We have an exciting opportunity for a Year Manager to join the team at Howard of Effingham School. As with all of our Support Staff roles at the Howard, this role ultimately supports students by contributing to students’ learning activities by managing the day to day business of the Year Team, and assisting with all aspects of students’ progress, including their personal and social development.

The successful applicant will be able to: communicate sensitively and effectively with colleagues, parents and students; inspire and motivate students to reach their full potential; to recognise and respond effectively to equal opportunities issues and to support the inclusion of all students.
