We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Teaching Assistant to join their team and work with Key Stage 4 pupils who face significant SEMH challenges and behavioural difficulties. About the Role: As a Teaching Assistant in this setting, you will: • Provide tailored support to pupils, both 1:1 and in small groups, helping them to engage with learning and overcome barriers. • Work closely with teachers and support staff to deliver individualised learning plans. • Utilise strategies such as de-escalation techniques to manage challenging behaviour effectively. • Foster positive relationships with students, acting as a mentor and role model.
