Job Description
Working Hours - Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays: 9:00 am to 6:00 pm
Key Roles - Conduct weekly sessions, small group mentoring, check-ins, and goal-setting with identified students.
- Provide emotional regulation, conflict management, and restorative support .
- Foster school connectedness , belonging, and positive student identity.
- Identify at-risk concerns early and strengthen protective factors to prevent escalation .
Requirements - Must be registered with MOE
- Must have a certification/diploma/degree in Social/Youth Work .
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
