Hours: 10 hours per week (2 evenings per week)

We are looking for a passionate youth worker. You will be a visible and trusted presence during evening sessions at the Academy, building genuine relationships with young people and supporting their personal, social, and educational development.
The role centres on open-access evening provision, including supporting sports sessions and leading the Hub, which is our dedicated youth work space. Day-to-day responsibilities include inducting and registering young people, facilitating personal development conversations, and managing behaviour in line with our values.
