Job Summary -
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Zoho Administrator with 1–3 years of experience in managing and supporting the Zoho ecosystem. The ideal candidate will be responsible for administering Zoho applications, managing workflows and automations, handling user onboarding and offboarding activities, maintaining licenses, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across business functions.
Key Responsibilities -
1. Zoho Administration
* Administer and maintain Zoho applications such as Zoho CRM, Zoho Desk, Zoho Creator, Zoho FSM, Zoho People, Zoho Projects, and other Zoho modules as applicable.
* Configure user roles, profiles, permissions, and access controls.
