Key Responsibilities Advance and close sales opportunities - through the successful execution of the sales strategy and roadmap Mange marketing, negotiation, finalizing orders etc. to achieve budgeted sales and meet gross margin targets Build and plan the short and long-term strategy for the region and take charge of executing it on the ground Achievement of key targets in the distribution network (Sales, Revenue) in the West Zone and Quality Acquisitions. Identify/Launch new markets for better penetration Operation efficiencies, Development, Coaching & Retention of team members.
