About the Role: Lead all sales and business development activities for trailer axles, driving revenue growth, key account management, dealer network expansion, and customer satisfaction across OEM, fleet, and aftermarket channels.
What You'll Do
Define and execute annual sales strategy aligned with company targets
Manage OEMs, large fleet operators, and institutional key accounts
Expand and strengthen the dealer & distributor network across regions
Prepare sales forecasts and coordinate with Production, PPC, Logistics & Finance
Drive competitive pricing strategy and market intelligence
Lead and mentor the sales team with structured performance reviews
