**Position Overview**

The Manager Stores Finance leads a team responsible for forecasting, budgeting, reporting, and analysis for key store operating expenses, including non-payroll expenses, shortage control payroll and capital expenditures. This role partners closely with Store Operations, Asset Protection, Finance, Procurement, and field leadership to support expense management, vendor management and operational execution across stores. Responsibilities include overseeing expense forecasting and financial analysis, managing the store supplies ordering system, supporting annual budgeting and weekly forecasting processes, identifying risks and opportunities, and delivering actionable insights to leadership. The role also develops and mentors two analysts while driving process improvements and analytical best practices.
