Accommodation Coordinator 9 Duke Street, Queenstown , New Zealand Req # Thursday, 28 March - We have a short-term opportunity for a diligent enthusiastic individual to join our crew to help provide Accommodation and onboarding support in Queenstown for our crew at Coronet Peak and The Remarkables. This position is a full-time fixed role (May - June) responsible for the coordination of our accommodation support preseason. Alongside these duties you would also be assisting the HR team with recruitment and administration to support our crew's onboarding experience. Key Duties include (but not limited too): Coordinating the allocation of beds in the hostel and NZSki managed houses. Engaging with the public to source accommodation options for our crew.Negotiating leases and advertising of accommodation options. Addressing and resolving any concerns or questions related to accommodation and onboarding.Coordinating the completion of all administration involved with rental leases. Onboarding crew into the hostel and other accommodation. Providing phone and in-person support prior to crew arrival at accommodation. Administration of the seasonal onboarding processes. Support crew with Dayforce onboarding documentation and inductions. Answering HR queries from internal team/external parties About you:To be successful in this role you will have an enthusiastic personality, a passion for the outdoor industry and the ability/confidence to have and feel comfortable with challenging interpersonal conversations. You must also have the desire and drive to help people from all walks of life to ensure everyone is treated fairly and equitably.Other key skills and experience include: Experience in administrative and/or customer service experience roles is essential.Strong coordination skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities. Solid communication and interpersonal skills Confidence to have difficult conversations and negotiations. The ability to coordinate sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion. Recruitment experience would be advantageous.Passion and understanding of the Snow Industry would be an asset.A team focused, positive and energetic approach to life.Proficient in MS Office and general computer skills We are very flexible with start and finish dates, however you must be available all of May and June.
