The role Based at our head office in Hamilton, the purpose of this role is to ensure Tuatahi's administration function runs smoothly (including our regional offices), and all departments feel supported. You will lead a team of three Administrators, motivating and encouraging them to do their best work. You will do this by: Providing guidance, support, and mentorship to team members. Manage administrative team roster and manage absence/cover. Manage the day-to-day facilities issues, escalating landlord related issues and major remedial works requirements to the Executive Manager. Manage scheduling, travel arrangements, and logistics for the executive team. Oversee event organization. Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions. Your unique contribution Along with your exceptional organisation and planning skills, you will also be customer focused and prioritise teamwork. As well as: 2+ years proven experience in a similar administrative leadership and facilities focused role. Proficiency in office software and applications including MS Office Suite.
