Kāinga Ora – Homes and Communities brings together the three existing agencies of Housing New Zealand, HLC and KiwiBuild to form a new organisation.
We do amazing, important work. We contribute to thriving communities that provide New Zealanders with good quality, affordable homes. Our work supports people to have good access to jobs, amenities and services; as well as improving the wellbeing of current and future generations. We do this by being a world class public housing provider, and partnering with others to deliver urban development projects.
Ko tā mātou mahi – Our role
We are currently recruiting for an Asset Manager. This role reports to the Regional Portfolio Manager – Southern and is responsible for the overall management for an assigned portfolio in the Porirua/Kapiti region and ensure their physical and financial performance meets agreed targets and standards in order to protect and improve the overall quality of our assets.
