Project work encompasses the full spectrum, from small to large, across all parts of Aotearoa. Every day will provide you with new challenges and look a bit different; overall, this role will see you:Be responsible for delivering projects on time and to budget while meeting client's needs and expectationsSeek continuous improvement in the design process, including the use of new technologyProvide support in developing proposalsCommunicate positively and effectively, ensuring that team members, managers and clients are well-informed of your project tasksBe able to collaboratively undertake conceptual designs through to detailed design, contract procurement and construction administration with a small teamConsolidate and extend technical skills and show initiative in seeking learning opportunitiesDemonstrate effective communication, presentation, networking and consulting skillsDevelop and mentor others to grow successful careersAbout YouWe are looking for passionate people who have a desire to work on meaningful projects across Aotearoa and further afield in a multidisciplinary business. We are considering people from all backgrounds; although the below may be advantageous, you may have one, a couple or none of the below; we want to hear from you!Experience using 12d, Civil3d, OpenRoads or equivalent softwareFamiliarity with AutoCAD or MicroStation drafting softwareProfessional accreditation (CPEng) or working towards itEnjoys working within a team environmentAbility to undertake local road and private access design and three water assessments and designsSeveral years' experience in general civil design and construction, including stormwater, geometrics, active modes, earthworks or utilities#J-18808-Ljbffr
