We are seeking a talented and creative Content Marketing and Digital Campaign professional to join the Communications Team at NUS School of Computing. You will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing content strategies to drive engagement and brand awareness across various digital channels. You will also be responsible for creating and optimizing digital campaigns across various platforms to drive brand visibility and conversions.Working as a part of the Communications Team, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our online presence and delivering an exceptional user experience. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling content that resonates with our target audience.This role requires a blend of creativity, strategic thinking and analytical skills to curate compelling content that resonates with our target audience and aligns with the strategic goals of NUS School of Computing.
Key Responsbilities Content Strategy: Develop and implement content strategies aligned with overall marketing objectives. Conduct research on industry trends, market dynamics and target audience insights to inform strategy and executionContent Creation and Management: Oversee the creation of high-quality written, visual, and multimedia content, including articles, news bytes, videos and social media posts. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including subject matter experts to produce compelling content. Ensure all content is on-brand, consistent in style, tone, and voice to bring out the essence and purpose of NUS ComputingContent Distribution and Promotion: Develop and execute content distribution strategies to maximize reach and engagement. Manage social media channels, email campaigns, and other distribution channels to amplify reachCampaign Strategy: Develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with the strategic goals and target audience of NUS School of ComputingCampaign Execution: Implement and manage digital campaigns across multiple channels, including but not limited to website, social media, TV Display and email marketingAudience Targeting: Utilize segmentation and targeting techniques to reach relevant audiences and maximise campaign effectivenessCollaboration: Collaborate with the broader NUS School of Computing community to integrate content into overall marketing efforts and initiativesStay Updated: Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices and emerging technologies in digital marketing to continuously improve campaign strategies and tacticsCollaboration: Mentor a team of content editors and coordinators to ensure successful execution of content initiatives. Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvementAd hoc projects as assigned
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or related field8+ years of experience in branding and marketing with a proven track record of creating and executing successful content strategies and digital campaignsCreative thinking and problem solving ability, with a results-driven mindsetStrong writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with a keen eye for detail and creativityFamiliar with audience targeting and personalised touch points related to various outreach programs (internal and external)Good knowledge of developing messages with unified narratives which will differentiate a global educational institutionIn depth knowledge of CMS, email marketing, digital marketing channels, tools and techniques including but not limited to social mediaExcellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environmentStrong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneouslyThe successful incumbent will be offered an initial 2 years contract, subject to renewalJoin the Communications Team at NUS Computing and contribute your expertise to drive growth and create impact.Apply now and be part of our journey in shaping the future of education and technology!We regret that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
