We are on the lookout for Bank Support Workers who are calm, patient, and resilient. You will need to have a consistent approach to assisting the people we support to engage in the interests they love. If you are looking to make a real difference, Fiennes House is the place for you!

We are looking for someone who can devote couple of hours per week and are willing to work on a shift rota basis, covering mornings, evenings, and weekends.
Who will you be supporting?
At Fiennes House we support 12 adults with a range of disabilities including learning and physical disabilities, sight loss, complex health conditions including epilepsy, cerebral palsy and autism.
People at Wellington location are a very active group who enjoy going out for fun activities such as day trips to the seaside or to music concerts, bowling, and discos. They also watch movies, love cooking/baking (and tasting the end result!), gardening for the lovely smells from the herbs and flowers, foot spa and pamper sessions, sensory sessions and stories.
They also enjoy the comfort of their own home, each bedroom has a fully accessible ensuite bathroom, we also have a separate jacuzzi bath.
